Where are Stivali shoes made?
Our shoes are designed in Brooklyn, NY and handcrafted at our Atelier, by our team in Colombia.
I can’t find my size?
We offer made-to-order options for an additional cost. Please email support@stivali.us with the product name, colorway, your shoe size and personal information to begin processing your custom order.

Where can Stivali ship to?
We currently offer free shipping for orders placed to the US or Canada. We can also ship world-wide, shipping fee would be applied depending on the country.
Do you have Vegan options?
All of our shoes are made with 100% Colombian, authentic leather. We continue to choose genuine leathers over synthetic alternatives because of the negative impact that faux leathers have on our environment. Our shoes are a by-product of the food industry, as a solution to our growing waste issue rather than adding to it with plastic leathers that do not biodegrade.

I would like to order a style but I don’t see it on the website?
That product has most likely not yet been uploaded to our website. We may be able to place a custom order for an additional fee. Otherwise the product may be out of season. Please contact support@stivali.us for further inquiries about a specific product.
When will I receive my order?
Our estimated shipping time is between 2-5 business days. If you have questions about the progress of your order please contact support@stivali.us.
Can I make changes to my order?
If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@stivali.us. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make any changes.
What do I do if there is a problem with my order?
Please email support@stivali.us regarding any issues with an order and we will provide you with a shipping label. Please make sure that your items are eligible for a return, were not walked in, damaged in your care, etc.
How can I place a made-to-order?
If your desired size is missing, simply go to the product you’re interested in and select the made to order option within the size selection. 
If your desired style is missing, please email support@stivali.us with the product name, color-way, your shoe size and personal information. We will get back to you within 24 hours regarding your request and begin the made-to-order process.
How does the made-to-order process work?
Our made-to-order process is offered to anybody who can’t find their proper size or a specific style on the website. Please email support@stivali.us with the product name, color-way, your shoe size and personal information to begin processing your custom order. After we receive your information, our Atelier will begin hand-crafting your custom shoes and get them to your doorstep within 7-15 business days. 
How does Stivali donate to charity?
Stivali offers our clients the option to donate $5.00 out of our pocket with every purchase, meaning no additional cost will be taken from you. Simply “select a cause” under the bolded text “Your Purchase Gives Back” on any product page before check-out. After your order is processed, your donation will be tethered to our account and made in your name.
What charities does Stivali donate to?
Stivali currently supports The Breast Cancer Prevention Partners, The ASPCA, The American Red Cross and The Black Lives Matter Support Fund.
