USA RETURN POLICY
We gladly accept returns of UNWORN merchandise within 30 days of delivery except clearance items, which are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment. You may obtain a return authorization by using your ACCOUNT CENTER; or by reaching out to our team via email at RETURN@STIVALI.US. Please include in your email:
- The subject bar with "RETURN REQUEST", "EXCHANGE REQUEST", or "STORE CREDIT REQUEST", depending on your case.
- Please include your ORDER #, the NAME the order was placed under, and a phone number so we may contact you if needed.
- If multiple products were ordered in one order, please specify which items you are referencing.
- Please briefly write your reason for requesting so we may understand your situation. We will get back to you within 1-2 business days.
- Once you have your return label, print it, affix it to the outside of the parcel, and drop it off at your courier’s closest location.
And that’s it! You will receive an email when your return is received, reviewed, approved, and your refund has been processed. Refunds are always issued to the original method of payment. To prevent a delay in refund, returns must be shipped back within 7 days since the return label was issued.

USA EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept exchanges for full-priced items. We will provide shipping labels for both ways, and no extra fees will be due for the exchange. Please email to EXCHANGE@STIVALI.US with the subject “EXCHANGE REQUEST” to get help and guidance.

STORE CREDIT
Stivali New York gladly provides TOTAL STORE CREDIT (Return Fee is Waived) for returns of items that are unworn, undamaged, and returned to us within 30 days. We will provide you with an unique code certificate to be used for payment at checkout. Store credit never expires and can be combined with other forms of payment at check out.
GUARANTEE POLICY
Stivali New York guarantees for 6 months against manufacturer's defects. Normal wear and tear does not qualify. If you feel the merchandise is defective and it was purchased in a Stivali New York store or from this website, please contact us by emailing at SUPPORT@STIVALI.US, or calling +1-929-337-6462.
Stivali New York merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS
In the case of receiving a damaged or defective item please contact us immediately at SUPPPORT@STIVALI.US. We quality control and inspect each order however mistakes can happen and we apologize and look to resolve this as quickly as possible for you. Thank you!
INTERNATIONAL RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY (CAN, UK, EU, ASIA & OCEANIA)
International customers must cover their own shipping costs. We do not provide shipping labels for international returns or exchanges. Stivali New York is not responsible for packages sent internationally until they are received at our studio. Please email us at RETURN@STIVALI.US with the subject bar “INTERNATIONAL RETURN” or “INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE” in order to receive support with this process.
